Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Pudaiershop reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, before the product you ordered has entered the delivery process, it is easy to exchange or refund. Follow the instructions, and submit a request for the refund in your order page and we will try our best to meet your demand.

Cancellation

If for any reason you ordered but, want to get a refund you have to send an email within 48 hours to our support department(sales@pudaiershop.com), so they can hold the fulfilment process and be able to refund you before the order shipped to your address.
