“When will my goodies ship out?”

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing (we promise to get you the goods asap). Once shipped, we’ll get you over a shipping confirmation including tracking number! If you have any questions about your order at all, please feel free to reach us at sales@pudaiershop.com

"Do you ship internationally?"

YES! We happily ship to several places around the world! We currently ship to 34 countries, including: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain (United Kingdom), Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

If this is your first time purchasing, please note that orders shipped internationally may be subject to duties and customs fee upon receipt.  Pudaier Cosmetics is not responsible for these additional fees as they are the responsibility of the recipient.  We recommend contacting your customs office to determine what these additional costs may be. 

Will my package be charged customs?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. The state of import will determine duties upon arrival of your order based on product value.
These fees are not included in your Pudaiershop order and shipping total. Pudaiershop assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional, or gives away items. The parcel recipient must pay all fees.
